Consultants was founded in 1994, and has been located in the Northwestern
suburbs of Chicago since 1997.
Our practice began
in the retail catalog and distribution/fulfillment industries.
We worked closely with our clients to optimize facility utilization, lower
inventory costs and improve operating efficiency. Privately held and family
run businesses were and continue to be an important part of our practice.
Over the past 10 years,
our practice has expanded to include brand name and Fortune 500 companies with
multinational operations, non-profits and government agencies. We continue to provide a full
range of strategic planning, profitability improvement, businesses
development, process optimization, project management, implementation and
training solutions. We have also been able to leverage expertise in virtual team
leadership to facilitate global development and change projects.
